MS. B. MUMMA: My preliminary objections?
MR. MUMMA: No.
THE AUDITOR: Mr. Mumma's preliminary
objection.
MR. MUMMA: We objected to the very -- that
they were even able to raise this issue.
MS. B. MUMMA: Oh.
MR. MUMMA: We haven't even -- we haven't even
concluded the cross-examination of Lisa Morgan.
THE AUDITOR: Do you have anything else on
that?
MR. MUMMA: Well, as I understand it,
Mrs. Mumma is -- can still be brought back to clarify
things, so I don't think our part of the case is
extinguished.
THE AUDITOR: I'm not going on that. I'm going
on your preliminary objections.
MR. MUMMA: You got my motion and my statement
that there is nothing that we can find that would allow
this.
THE AUDITOR: Okay. And what gives you the
right to file a preliminary objection to that pleading?
~ MR. MUMMA: I guess the local rules.
THE AUDITOR: What rule?
