Plaintiff is DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-IA1, 4650 Regent Blvd, Irving, TX 75063. 2. The names and addresses of the Defendants are MELISSA A. SUNDY, 3879 Spring Road, Shermans Dale, PA 17090 and MARK E. SUNDY, 3879 Spring Road, Shermans Dale, PA 17090, who are the mortgagors and record owners of the mortgaged premises hereinafter described. 3. On August 14, 2003 mortgagors made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the Property hereinafter described to AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County as Book#: 1830, Page 3782.
