* Attempts to locate Bonita A. Johnson, including a hearing on a Petition to Establish Death
of Absentee on June 30, 2006, with prior legal advertisement of same three times, in the local
newspaper and county legal journal,, have failed to locate Bonita A. Johnson. Bonita A.
Johnson's share of the residuary estate represents 10°/0' of the residua, as set forth in the Last
Will and Testament ofRuth P. Helmick. The amount as set forth in tlx~e Proposed Iistribution
above has subtracted fiom her share the additional attorney's fees and costs incurred with the
past and reserved for anticipated future attempts to locate Bonita A. Johnson, including the
hearing before Judge Todd A. Hoover, Orphans' Cou>ct, Dauphin County, one the petition to
establish the death of Borate A..Johnson. (Dauphin CC~unty was fie last county of residence
of Bonita. A. Johnson:) Judge Hoover denied the Petition and advised that the distribution to
Bonita A. Johnson should be held in escrow for her, iri an interest bearing account, pending

The Executrix is respectfully proposing that all residuary bequests be paid with the exception
