attached PA Inheritance Tax Information Notice and Taxpayer response for ACN
Nos.: 10111826, 10111828 and 10111829.
2) Check No. 3251 in the amount of $7.40 for abovementioned items.
Please note that we did not open an Estate for Mr. Kohlhaas as there wire no probatable
assets. We do not anticipate any future need to do so.
