AND NOW, this 12th day of May, 2010, upon consideration of the Plaintiff's
Motion for Writ of Seizure of Property,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a hearing on Plaintiff's
Motion for Writ of Seizure of Property will be held on Friday, May 21, 2010, at
9:00 a.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania. This hearing will be limited to no more than 30 minutes.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Defendant Tammy
Bock shall appear for the hearing and bring with her a transcript of the deposition
in question or in the alternative any stenographic tape, memory card and/or audio
tapes of the deposition which she has in her possession.
