I, MARY ROMAINE ILGENFRITZ, also known as Mary R. Ilgenfritz, Widow, of lv
Alliance Drive, Apartment 305, Chapel Pointe, in the Borough of Cazlisle, Cumberland County`'
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish .and declaze this as and for my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void
any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named personal representative to pay all of my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so.
2. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollazs to First Evangelical
Lutheran Church located at the corner of East High Street and South Bedford Street in Cazlisle,
Pennsylvania, to be used for such purpose or purposes as the Council of said Church shall deem
best.
3. I give and bequeath to my niece, Emily Thomas, the six smaller pieces of cut glass
given to me by my husband, Roy Ilgenfritz.
4. I give and bequeath the wristwatch which had belonged to my mother together with
my child's rocking chair to my sister, Esther V. Goodyeaz, but should she fail to survive me by a
period of ninety (90) days, then to my sister, Helen L. Dum, but should she fail to survive me by a
period of ninety (90) days, then the same shall lapse and be included in the residue of my estate.
5. I give and bequeath my birthstone ring with diamonds to my sister, Helen L. Dum, but
should she fail to survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, then to my niece, Diane Shughart, but
should she fail to survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, then the same shall lapse and be
included in the residue of my estate.
6. I give and bequeath the large picture of three generations to my brother, Norman W.
Woods, but should he fail to survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, then to my niece, Diane
Shughart, but should she fail to survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, .then the same shall
lapse and be included in the residue of my estate.
7. I give and bequeath the sum of $1,000.00 to each of the five children of my deceased
brother, Norman W. Woods, who are Emily Thomas, Joan Gitt, Irene Barsh, Mary Kipe, and
Robert Woods, provided each of them shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should
any of them fail to so survive me then the bequest such deceased niece or nephew would have
received shall lapse and be added to the residue of my estate.
8. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, I direct my personal representatives to sell at public or private
sale and direct that after the payment of debts, funeral expenses, expenses of administration and
taxes payable on account of my death, shall be paid to my following brothers and sisters in the
percentage indicated, but should any of them fail to survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, then
the share such brother or sister would have received shall pass to such of his or her issue as shall
survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes, and if there be no such issue the same shall
lapse and be added proportionately to the remaining shares:
My sister, Esther V. Goodyear, forty (40%) percent;
My sister, Helen L. Dum, twenty (20%) percent;
My brother, Paul H. Woods, thirty (40%) percent.
9. Should any person be entitled to distribution from my estate who is less than 18 yeazs
of age, I direct that the share of such person be deposited in a sequestered bank account or similar
investment in a federally insured banking or savings institution in the name of the minor and
marked "Not to be withdrawn until the minor attains the age of 18 yeazs or upon order of a court of
competent jurisdiction, or deposited in such other anner as a court of competent jurisdiction shall

10. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sister, Esther V. Goodyear, as Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament but should she predecease me or fail to qualify or cease serving
as such, then in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint in the order named my sister, Helen L.
Dum, or my brother Paul H. Woods as alternate Executors. I further direct that. no person serving
as Executor or Executrix shall be required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance of
his or her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
11. I request the person serving as Executor of my estate to retain the services of my
attorney, Robert M. Frey, or of his son, Robert G. Frey, to assist my Executor in the settlement of
my estate.
IN WITNESS ~'VHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last Will
and Testament written on two (2) pages, this 16th day of June, 2000.
