or otherwise plead to the Writ of Revival within twenty (20) day of service thereof, and in
the amount of $4,414.02, being the amount demanded in the judgment, plus costs and
interest in this action.
Attached as Exhibit A is a copy of the Plaintiff's written Notice of Default, which
certify was mailed by regular mail to the Defendants at their last known address on
January 12, 2011, which is at least ten days prior to the filing of this Praecipe.
Defendants have failed to appear or take any action.
