On 07/07/2003 mortgagor(s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to COLUMBIA NATIONAL INCORPORATED which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book No. 1824, Page 4882.
