AND NOW, this 22nd day of April, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition to Correct Social Security
Number of the decedent, Lucretia H. Trapp, filed by Karl E. Rominger, Esquire, IT IS DECREED that the upon
the filing of an amended/corrected Death Certificate and the return of the original Grant of Letters for the above
estate, the probate record shall be amended to reflect the correct Social Security Number. IT IS FURTHER
DECREED that after the convection is made, Letters Testamentary shall be issued reflecting the correct Social
Security Number and the Register of Wills shall notify the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, Inheritance Tax
Division of the change to the estate record.
