Now, Barry L. Monismith and Teresa M. Monismith, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by Barry L.
Monismith and Teresa M. Monismith to James A. Pittman Building and Electric to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the marking of the said contract with Barry L. Monismith and the further consideration of
one Dollar, to James A. Pittman Building and Electric, paid by Barry L. Monismith and
Teresa M. Monismith, is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, or by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being pressly waived.

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
TRACT NO1
ALL THAT' CERTAIN tract or parcel of ground situate in North Newton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being bounded and described in
accordance with the Final Subdivision Plan of Joseph B. Hazzard as prepared by Wilbur
H. Clifton, R.S., dated May 27, 1986 and further being recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds, in and for Cumberland County, in 11 an Book 50, Page 57, as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin along the northern boundary of a certain private
right-of-way known as Cedar Lane and at corners common with lands now or formerly of
Charles H. Alleman; thence along said Alleman lands North 23 degrees 36 minutes 28
seconds West a distance of 180.10 feet to an iron pin; thence along same North 9 degrees
43 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 40.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot No.
7 of the aforementioned Subdivision Plan, South 82 degrees 13 minutes 38 seconds East
a distance of 313.36 feet to an iron pin; thence along same South 25 degrees 39 minutes
37 seconds West a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pin set on the northern boundary, of
said Cedar Lane; thence along said Cedar Lane, North 64 degrees 20 minutes 23 seconds
West a distance of 50.20 feet to an iron pin; thence along same South 87 degrees 58
minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 99.80 feet to an iron pin; being the place of
BEGINNING.
BRING all of Lot No. 6 of the above-mentioned Final Subdivision Plan.
CONTAINING 1.002 acres more or less.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED Lot No. 6 is all of the land which Joseph B.
Hazzard, Sr., and Esther M. Hazzard, husband and wife, by deed dated January 30, 1987
and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Cumberland County, at
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "L," Volume 32, Page 1052, granted and conveyed
to Jimmie C. George, who with his wife, Rosalie B. George, an the Grantors herein.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED Lot No. 6 is subject to setbacks, easements and
restrictions as set forth in the above mentioned Subdivision Plan and otherwise of record.
UNDER AND SUBJB'CT, nevertheless to the following additional restrictions:
1. Said Lot shall be used for residential purposes only.
2. No more than one dwelling house shall be erected on said Lot.
3. No unlicensed or junk vehicles shall be allowed to remain on said Lot.
4, No rubbish may be dumped at any place on said Lot and all such material
must be removed from said Lot.
5. No trailers or mobile homes shall be placed or permitted to remain on said
Lot.

thence along lands now or formerly of Charles Alleman, North 9 degrees 43 minutes 32
seconds West a distance of 185.00 feet; thence along lands now or formerly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. South 83 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds Fast a distance
of 535.04 feet to a iron pin; thence South 12 degrees 03 minutes 22 seconds West a
distance of 439.38 feet to an iron pin set on the northern boundary of add Cedar Lane;
thence along Cedar Lane, North 64 degrees 20 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of
204.47 feet to an iron pin, being the place of BEGINING,
BEING all of Lot No, 7 of the aforementioned Subdivision plan.
