MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire and files the following
municipal claim against Hari Group, LLP, owning property located
at 821 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055, its last known mailing
address being: 2151 Linglestown Road, Suite 180, Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, 17110. Hari Group, LLP is the
owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground situate on the
South side of Trindle Road in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and being more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Trindle Road, said
point being ninety-two (92) feet westwardly from the corner
of property now or formerly of Frank B. Miller; THENCE along
the line of property now or formerly of Albert P. Crawford
and Martha D. Crawford, his wife, South 18 degrees 37
minutes East one hundred seventy (170) feet to a point on
the line of a proposed 18 foot alley; THENCE along the line
of said alley, South 69 degrees 30 minutes West a distance
of one hundred twenty-two (122) feet to a point; THENCE

along the line of property now or formerly of Merle Clarence
Wertz and Hilda Lavina Wertz, his wife, North 18 degrees 37
minutes West (erroneously referred to as East in the prior
deed of record) one hundred seventy (170) feet to a point in
the center line of the Trindle Road aforesaid; THENCE along
the center line of said Trindle Road North 69 degrees 30
minutes East a distance of one hundred twenty-two (122) feet
to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a dwelling house being known and
numbered as 821 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH John L. Chipriano, married
man, by Ronald J. Chipriano, his attorney-in-fact, generally
constituted by Power of Attorney dated October 8, 1998, and
Mary Jane Chipriano, married woman, by Ronald J. Chipriano,
her attorney-in-fact, also generally constituted by Power of
Attorney dated October 8, 1998, by Deed dated September 8,
2008 and recorded September 10, 2008 in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County at Instrument No.
200830784, granted and conveyed unto Hari Group, LLP, a
Pennsylvania limited liability partnership, GRANTOR herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to all of the conditions, covenants,
restrictions, reservations, easements, rights-of-way, and
any other matter of record.
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from January 1, 2009 through and including March 31, 2010. Said
Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by this Authority's
sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such

user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the
statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to
Hari Group, LLP for sewerage due to be treated from January 1,
2009 through March 31, 2010, which services total is in the
amount of $1,064.25, which sum was duly assessed against Hari
Group, LLP, and the real property described herein from the date
of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum,
with interest in the amount of ten (100) percent, along with
penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal
lien is claimed against the above-described real property and
premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207,
§7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal
Claims and Tax Liens).

Dear Hari Group, LLP:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account #736.
This account is delinquent, As of the last billing notice, saute being dated February 15, 2010, the
delinquency is in the amount of $1,064-25. The purpose of this letter is to request that this
account be brought current. If the account is not brought current within thirty (30) days of receipt
of this letter, a Municipal Lien will be placed against real estate owned by you, same being
known and numbered as 821 W. Tri,ndle Road, Mechanicsburg, PA. This will result in filing
fees, service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the
collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be charged at the
current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent
after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice. The imposition of assessment of attorney's
fees may be avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within thirty (30) days of
receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
