PETITION FOR STATUS CONFERENCE
AND NOW, comes the Petitioner, Alice R. Phillips (herein "Petitioner"), by and through
her attorneys, James, Smith, Dietterick & Connelly, LLP, and petitions this Honorable Court for
a status conference pursuant to the following:
1. Petitioner avers there are a significant number of property issues still outstanding
in this matter, including discovery related thereto.
2. As such, Petitioner is desirous of setting a status conference with this Honorable

Court and believes that a status conference may facilitate said discovery.
3. Furthermore, Petitioner is desirous of setting a hearing date to resolve the
remaining items of property left undistributed and/or accounted for and wishes to discuss a date
with opposing counsel and this Honorable Court.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that a status conference be scheduled in
the above-captioned matter.
