RECEIPT, RELEASE AND REFUNDING BOND
IN RE: Estate of Matilda K. Ernest, Deceased
Joan E. Turner, (Beneficiary), being a beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of
Matilda K. Ernest, deceased hereby acknowledges that she has received the full
distributive share of the Estate as shown in the account filed by William S. Moyer,
Executor, and confirmed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
Beneficiary hereby absolutely releases and discharges William S. Moyer, Executor of
the Estate of Matilda K. Ernest, of and from any and all claims and rights he now has or
may have in the future against the Estate and Executor, whether due to negligence or
otherwise, which Beneficiary may have by reason of administration of the Estate.
Beneficiary does hereby agree to refund to the Estate any amount which may be
necessary in the future to discharge any obligations and liabilities of the Estate of which
it may hereafter receive notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, Beneficiary has

Matilda K. Emest, deceased hereby acknowledges that she has received the full
distributive share of the Estate as shown in the account filed by William S. Moyer,

Pennsylvania.
Beneficiary hereby absolutely releases and discharges William S. Moyer, Executor of
