1997 in Tiffin, Ohio and that there has been no children born as
issue of said marriage.
The Court finds upon examination of the witnesses that the

is entitled to a Divorce on those grounds.

WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the
marriage contract heretofore existing between the parties be and
the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties Lester Hall and

'Donita C. Hall are hereby released from said marriage contract.
IT IS rURTHER ORDERED THAT:
1. Each party shall be obligated to pay all debts in their
names.
2. Each party is awarded the personal property in their
possession.
