JONES, IN TRUST, to hold for the benefit of any such child or children under the age of 21 years, under the following terms and conditions: 1 . A separate trust fund shall be established for the benefit of each child under the age of 21 years. 2. The Trustee shall pay as much of the net income from the trust for the benefit of the beneficiary of each trust as the Trustee in her sole discretion 3/31/04c:\shared\word\emm\estatepl\will\cli5;ford.d~~ deems to be necessary for the support and maintenance of the beneficiary, taking into account all other sources of income. Any income not so distributed shall be accumulated. 3. The Trustee shall be further authorized to use any amount of principal from the trust fund or funds which may be necessary for education expenses or for the maintenance and welfare of the beneficiary or beneficiaries of the trust or trusts so that he or she may continue to enjoy the same standard of living that exists at the time of my death. 4. When the beneficiary of each trust attains the age of 21 years, the balance of the principal, and any accumulated income, shall be paid to him or to her. 5. Until actual distribution, no part of the income or principal shall be subject to anticipation or alienation by any beneficiary, and the same shall be free of the obligations of any beneficiary and may not be attached or taken because of any such obligations. 6. In the event SUZANNE T. JONES predeceases me or is unable to serve as Trustee, I hereby appoint ANTHONY CLIFFORD, JR., as Successor Trustee. 7. In the event any beneficiary dies prior to reaching 21 years of age, his or her share shall be distributed equally amongst my surviving children. FIFTH I appoint my daughter, SUZANNE T. JONES, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event my daughter, SUZANNE T. JONES, does not survive me or is unable to serve, I appoint my son, ANTHONY L.
