AND NOW, this 2 ~ ~ day of A ril, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Anthony Dambro and Frances
Shuman will apply on September 23 or Septmeber 24, 2010 for a marriage license and the Court being
satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to
issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning
marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
