attorney for the estate of Lucretia Trapp, deceased, hereby swears that an estate was opened on
January 31, 2007, in the above captioned matter. The original Letters for the estate were duly
obtained from the Register of Wills Office of Cumberland County. The estate was completed on
or around May 10, 2007 and the file was closed and placed in the basement of undersigned
counsel. Undersigned counsel has had two (2) floods in his basement since the storage of the file
and the original documents in the closed files were destroyed including the original Letters of the
above captioned matter.
