BLACK, OR.PHANS~DCOURTNDIVISIONSYLVANIA deceased NO. 21-09-0360 IN RE: PETITION SUR APPEAL FROM PROBATE ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 26th day of April, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition Sur Appeal from Probate in the above-captioned matter, and following an initial period of hearing, which has not yet been completed, the record shall remain open, and counsel are requested to contact the Court's secretary for purposes of scheduling an additional day of hearing in this case. It is noted that at the time of adjournment on today's date the Petitioner had completed presentation of her case-in-chief, and the Respondent was subjecting to direct examination his first witness in the person of himself, Laverne C. Black. It is noted further that at the time of adjournment Petitioner's Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4 had been identified and admitted, and Respondent's Exhibits 1, 2 and 11 had been identified and admitted. No other exhibits had been identified or admitted.
