requisite notice, pursuant to Rule 6.12, Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rules, is hereby given that you have ten
(10) days to file the Status Report. If the required 6.12 form is not filed in accordance with Ru)e 6.12 the Court
will be notified of such delinquency and the undersigned will request that a Court conduct a hearimg to
determine whether sanctions should be imposed upon the delinquent personal representative or counsel for the
delinquent personal representative.
