Ors March 19, 2010, Advanta Bank Corp., (the "Institution")was closed by the State of Utah Department
of Finan~~ial Institutions and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation was appointed a receiver of the
Institution (the "Receiver"). Under the laws of the United States, the Receiver is charged with the duty
of winding up the affairs of the former Institution.
