KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge to have
received of and from Barbara J. Boyer, Administrator of the Estate of Robert C. Falco, late of the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, a 1995 Harley Davidson motorcycle,
VIN# 1 HD 1 FDL 14SY609240, on March 18, 2010.
I hereby accept this item as the bequest to me from the above estate, with the same force and
effect as if it had been duly approved and awarded by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County.
And I do hereby release Barbara J. Boyer, Administrator, of and from any and all claims I have
or may have under the law or against the said estate and said Administrator with respect to said
specific bequest to me.
