Dear Mr. Buckley:
It has come to my attention that our office incorrectly mailed a rule 6.12 notice to both
you and your clients in the Estate of June L. Hammond Docket Number 2008-0420 on May
11, 2010.
Please be advised, this office did in fact receive your 6.12 certification notice timely
(4/07/10) and the notice you received was in error. A date stamped copy of the certification is
attached.
