I received your form letter dated January 17, 2002, wherein you indicate that the form
that Mrs. Ruda filed with your office, indicating that she is the sole owner of all personal
property levied by your office, is prima facie evidence of the same. Not surprisingly, I dispute
Mrs. Ruda's claims and, pursuant to the applicable civil roles, would respectfully ask that you
refer this matter to a Court of Common Pleas judge for a hearing on Mrs. Ruda's claims.
If there is a question, concern or problem in regard to the above, kindly advise.
Otherwise, I look forward to hearing from the Court Administrator as to when a full evidentiary
hearing will be held before a judge.
