I, DONALD B. KEMPER, a.k.a. DONALD BRIAN KEMPER, single man, currently of 316 ru
Mount Allen Drive, Mechanicsburg, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior Wills and Codicils by me at any time
heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same
can conveniently be done.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath to be divided equally between my daughters,
REBECCA F.. KEMPER, a.k.a. REBECCA ELIZABETH KEMPER and SHELLEY C. KEMPER
a.k.a. SHELLEY CHRISTINA KEMPER.
In the event either or both of my said daughters predeceases me, and she is or they are survived
by issue, to her or their issue, as the case may be, per stirpes. In the event either of my daughters
predeceases me and is not survived by issue, then to the survivor of my said daughters or to her sister's
issue, if not surviving, as the case may be.
In the event both of my said daughters predeceases me and neither of them is survived by issue,
then my Estate is to be divided into two (2) equal shares and distributed as follows:
A) One share to my cousin, KENNETH S. KEMPER, currently of 125 Reed Drive,
Marysville, PA 17053.
In the event my said cousin predeceases me, then his share shall go to the hereinbelow
named Church.
B) One share to ST. JOHN'S FRANKLIN LUTHERAN CHURCH, currently located at
151 Clearview Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019.

FOR PURPOSES OF CLARIFICATION: My son from a previous marriage, MATTHEW
BRIAN KEMPER, has been left out of this, my Last Will and Testament, by design and not by accident. I{e
and anv of his issue, as the case may be, are not to inherit from my Estate directly nor indirectly, er
stir itally, by representation, or by ascent, or by descent through his relationship to any other beneficiary in

my Will or through my Will or by means of intestacy, in any other mode or manner whatsoever.
Additionally, they are not to have any rights to serve as an Executor or Administrator of my Estate.

In the event that any of the beneficiaries named herein shall undertake to contest this, my Last
Will and Testament, in any way, form, or manner whatsoever, I direct that the share given in my Estate
herein to that individual shall be forfeited and shall be considered to be a gift to ST. JOHN'S
FRANKLIN LUTHERAN CHURCH. I further direct that, in so far as I am legally authorized to do
so, my said Executor and his counsel are to seek the payment of any attorney's fees and court costs
incurred in a defense of this, my Last Will and Testament, from such contest or similar proceeding.

It is my intention that beneficiaries named before or after the date of this Will on my life
insurance, annuities, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), in Trust for or joint bank accounts and any
other assets for which I may designate beneficiaries will receive such investments and that my Will
provisions shall not control such investments.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughters, REBECCA E. KEMPER, a.k.a. REBECCA
ELIZABETH KEMPER, and SHELLEY C. KEMPER, a.k.a. SHELLEY CHRISTINA KEMPER,
to be Co-Executrices of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that both of them are unable or
unwilling to act as Co-Executrices, I appoint my cousin, KENNETH S. KEMPER, to be Executor in
their place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to file bond or other security in the
Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.
