The DILLSBURG AREA AUTHORITY hereby tiles its claim in the amount of Four
"Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($4,736.48), plus costs of
Nineteen Dollars ($19.00), and reasonable attorney fees of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00), for a
total of FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND FORTY-EIGHT
CENTS ($5,155.48), and sets forth in support. thereof, the following:
1. The claimant is DILLSBURG AREA AUTHORITY, of Dillsburg, York
County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its principal office located at 98 West
Church Street, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania 17019.
2. The name of the owner of the property against which this Municipal Lien is
filed is WILLIAM R. WEIGLE, individually.
3. The property against which this Municipal Lien is filed is known and
municipally numbered as 207 Westview Drive, Mechanicsburg, MONROE
TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, being identified by
Assessment Parcel ID #22-29-2463-051.

4. The authority under which this Lien is tiled is the Municipal Claims Act of
1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended (53 P.S. §7101, ct seq.). -4 lq.00 PO t47?%/

5. This Municipal Lien is filed to secure an interest for sewer rentals for William
R. Weigle, as identified as Authority Account Number 4138, levied, assessed or
established for the period of time from December 17, 2009 through May 1, 2010,
together with interest and costs thereafter pursuant to the rules and regulations of the
Authority.
6. Statement of Claim: See attached Exhibit "A", reflecting details supporting a
claim for sewer rentals, which shows that. $4,736.48 is owed, plus costs of $19.00 and
reasonable attorney fees of $400.00 for a total of $5,155.48.
7. The sewer rentals were duly established, levied, and assessed by the Dillsburg
Area Authority of Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania, being the lawfully
empowered body under the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania governing such matters, for the purpose of providing sewer service to the
property of the named Defendant.
