Pursuant to Pa. O.B. Rule 6.12, I report the following with respect to comoletiun of tt~e au~nini~rat;r~,~,
the above-captioned estate:

2. If answer is NO, state when the personal representative reasonably believes the
administration will be complete: House sold on April 1, 2010; the bulk of'the
estate has been distributed, but refund checks are still coming in (example check
in the amount of'$1.75, from American Water, for overpayment of'water bill dated
May I1, 2010; check of overpayment of homeowners insurance is pending) and it
is necessary to. file, federal and state income taxes, for 2010, for the estate.
Consequently, estate will be closed after 1099s are received, for estate bank
accounts in early 2011 and income tax, forms can be, filed. 1 expect to close estate
no later than February 2011.
