KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, CYNTHIA D. RUDISILL, of
215 North Second Street, Lykens, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that upon the
signing of this Release I will receive the sum of Five Tho~rsand Six Hundred Thirty Dollars
and Fifty-Nine Cents ($5,630.59) and U.S. Savings Bonds valued at Four Hundred Forty
Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Fifty Cents ($440,798.50) from
Cynthia D. Rudisill, Executrix of the Estate of Alberta Bugdonis, late of the Township of
Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, upon
', approval of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return by the Department of Revenue and
payment of all taxes and debts, I will receive one-half (1/2) of the remaining residue held
in reserve in the estate account, in full settlement of any claim or claims that I may have by,
under and because of the Will of the late Alberta Bugdonis.
AND, THEREFORE, I, CYNTHIA D. RUDISILL, intending to be legally bound
hereby, do, by these presents, release, quit-claim and discharge Cynthia D. Rudisill, as
Executrix of the Estate of Alberta Bugdonis, deceased, and, her heirs and assigns, of and
from all actions, claims and demands whatsoever, related to the administration of this Estate.

I, CYNTHIA D. RUDISILL, have been duly advised of my right to have Cynthia
D. Rudisill, Executrix file with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas
of Cumberland County an Accounting of the services she has rendered, and I do hereby
specifically waive my right to have such an Accounting prepared and presented to the Court.
