ENDRESS, presently of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made . ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and inheritance taxes which may become due as a result of my death be fully paid and satisfied. as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. ITEM II. It is my wish that my funeral service and cremation be arranged by Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and my Executrix, hereinafter named. My remains are to be buried at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, and I further request my Executrix to make arrangements for a memorial service. ITEM III. I hereby give, devise and bequeath any automobile that I may own at the time of my death to Janet Rhodes Mattas, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. ITEM IV. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever situate, including any interest that I may have in real estate located 459 Richard Avenue, Richmond Valley, Staten Island, New York, in equal portions, share and share alike, unto the following individuals: Donna Cannatella, of Wayne, New Jersey; Joan Sussina, of Lincoln Park., New Jersey; Cathy Amon, of Danville, New Jersey; Paul Amon, of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; Kathy Wilson, of Pasadena, California; Margaret Herigan, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Janet Rhodes Mattas, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The share of any of the aforesaid individuals who shall predecease me shall lapse and be added to the residue of my estate. ITEM V. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint JANET RHODES MATTAS to be the Executrix of my estate. In the event that JANET RHODES MATTAS shall be unable to serve as Executrix for any reason, I then nominate, constitute and appoint MARGARET HERIGAN to serve as the Executrix of my estate in her 2 place and stead.
