LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Peimsylvania, being described as Lot No. 2 on the Final Minor Subdivision Plan for Grantors,
prepared by Stephen G. Fisher, R.S., dated November 15, 2000, and revised January 16, 2001,
and recorded February 8, 2001, in Plan Book 82, Page 115, in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cumberland County, more fully bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGiNNiNG at a point on the eastern legal right-of-way line of Allen Road (T-687)
within the legal right-of-way of Alexander Spring Road (T-469); thence within said right-of-way
of Alexander Spring Road, North 40 degrees 09 minutes 23 seconds East 528.00 feet to a point;
thence within the same, North 56 degrees 12 minutes 59 seconds East 492.92 feet to a point;
