Cardamon Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17050 hereinafter c Iled.
"Owner', has entered into a contract with FARINELLI CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Pennsyiania
company with an address of 3 Kacey Court, Suite 101, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17055, hereinafter called "Contractor', for the construction and other building
materials upon land of Owner having an address of 405 Park Circle, Lot 81, Winding Hills,
Mechanicsburg, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and described in Deed dated May 19, 2010 and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, this 241h day of May, 2010, before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for the
same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration
of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
said property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased
for the installation and construction of said improvements, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day
above written.
