Carter (Carter) a married couple currently residing at 30 North Orange Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013. On or about March 5, 2010, PennDOT received notification from State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins that the insurance policy covering the vehicle with Title No. 62470765 (4Runner) was terminated. On or about April 25, 2010, PennDOT mailed notice to Carter that sufficient proof of insurance was not submitted and the registration of 4Runner would be suspended for three months effective May 30, 2010. Page 1 of 2 5. On March 6, 2010, Carter obtained coverage through Progressive with Policy No. 66010098-0. A true and correct copy of the Auto Insurance Coverage Summary is attached as Exhibit 1. WHEREFORE, Respondent requests the following relief: A. The Order of Suspension be vacated. B. Any other relief this Honorable Court deems appropriate.
