DECEASED DEFENDANT CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA CIVIL ACTION - LAW C rn~ n FILE NO.: 2107-0173 '~, ~T ^y ~~ l /~_n C RELEASE a ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ti 0 0 L W .C' O FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the property hereinafter described is hereby released from the lien, payment, operation and collectibility of any and all succession, estate, or inheritance taxes, including direct, transfer and collateral inheritance taxes, now due or that may hereafter become due the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from the Estate of Carole J: Harvey, deceased, who died as a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on December 26,2006. ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the Northern line of Brian Road, at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 14 and 15, Block "E", one hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence North five (05) degrees twenty-eight (28) minutes West along said dividing line, one hundred twenty-five (125) feet to a point at line of lands now or formerly of Harry Weitzel; thence North eighty-four (84) ~; ) ~a ~. ~, <~ c:--:: r, ? n-,~ _~'~ C7 .. (' ~fil -LL- r'~ ~~ C) T~ ~6 degrees thirty-two (32) minutes East, sixty-five (65) feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 15 and 16, Block "E" on said Plan; thence South five (05) degrees twenty-eight (28) minutes East along said dividing line, one hundred twenty-five (125) feet to a point in the Northern line of Brian Road; thence Westwardly along same, sixty-five (65) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 15, Block "E" on Plan No. 4 of Del-Brook Manor, said Plan recorded in Plan Book 11, Page 33, Cumberland County records. HAVING thereon erected a bi-level brick and aluminum dwelling house known and numbered as 4809 Brian Road. AND IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the Commonwealth will not look to the above-described premises, or any part thereof, for payment of any part of the principal and interest owed by the above-captioned Estate, now or hereafter to become due, or in any way disturb, put to charge or damage, the present, or any future owner or owners, occupier or occupiers of the said above- described premises or any part or portion thereof, for or by reason of the said judgment or any matter, cause or thing, thence accruing or to arise; provided that nothing herein contained shall affect any judgment or its legal validity so far as respects all other lands and tenements of the said Estate which are not herein expressly released therefrom. This release of lien is given pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Revenue by Section 809, 810, and 811 of the Act of June 15, 1961 (P.L. 373, No. 207); by Section 1775 - 2 - x ACKNOWLEDGEMENT COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA SS: COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND , On this~~ day of CJ~~ 20/0 before me, a Notary Public in and for. the county and state aforesaid, personally appeared Robert P. Coyne, Deputy Secretary for Compliance and Collections, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the above release, and acknowledge that, being authorized to do so, he executed the foregoing release for the purpose therein contained by signing on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
