STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS DENNIS E. FICKES entered into a contract with
DENNIS E. FICKES AND N/A
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc., Dated 5-Q19-16 and :intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Dennis E. Fickes.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL of the following tract of land situated in Southampton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a set iron pin at the southern corner of Lot 31 as shown on a final
subdivision plan for North Middle Spring Estates; thence along the western right of way
line of Walleye Drive, South 51 degrees 51 minutes 32 seconds West, 91.63 feet to a set
iron pin; thence continuing along the western right of way line of Walleye drive by a
curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet, an arc length of 38.28 feet, a
chord bearing of North 84 degrees 16 minutes 34 seconds West, and a chord length of
34.65 feet to a set iron pin; thence continuing along the western right o fway line of
Walleye Drive, South 49 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds West, 25.00 feet to a set
magspike; thence along the centerline of Middle Spring Road, North 40 degrees 24
minutes 40 seconds West, 96.66 feet to an existing railroad spike; thence along lands now
or formerly of Wayne K. Wilhide and Edithanne M. Beyer, North 39 degrees 54 minutes
18 seconds East 148.64 feet to a set iron pin; thence along Lot 31, South 38 degrees 08
minutes 28 seconds East, 150.39 feet to a set iron pin, said pin being the point of
BEGINNING.
