STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS COLBY T. RIFE entered into a contract with
COLBY T. RIFE AND N/A
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc., Dated 5"2.6_10 and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Colby T. Rife.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hand and seal this day of

ALL of the following tract of land situated in Southampton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania,
BEGINNING at a set iron pin at the southern corner of Lot 7 as shown on a final
subdivision plan for North Middle Spring Estates; thence along Lot 9, South 60 degrees
39 minutes 12 seconds West, 136.00 feet to a set iron pin; thence along the eastern right
of way line of Walleye Drive, North 29 degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds West, 50.57 feet
to a set iron pin; thence continuing along the eastern right of way line of Walleye Drive
by a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 125.00 feet, an arc length of 169.57
feet, a chord bearing of North 09 degrees 31 minutes 02 seconds East, and a chord length
of 156.87 feet to a set iron pin; thence along Lot 7, South 41 degrees 37 minutes 09
seconds East, 176.75 feet to a set iron pin, said pin being the point of BEGINNING.
The above description was taken from a final subdivision plan for North Middle Spring
Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, PLS., which plan is recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 91 at Page
61. The above described tract is identified as Lot No. 8 on said plan.
BEING a part of that same real estate that Wayne L. Wadel, Jr., and Mary L. Wadel, his
wife, Ronald A. Wadel and Connie A. Wadel, his wife, and Wayne L. Wadel, Jr., and
Ronald A. Wadel, trading and doing business as Wadel Masons, by their deed dated
September 27, 2005 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Record Book 271, at Page 1418, granted to Interfaith Housing
Alliance, Inc., Grantor herein.
SUBJECT to the Declaration of Restrictions, Reservations, Conditions and Protective
Covenants recorded August 7, 2006 in Misc. Book 729, at Page 1975.
SUBJECT ALSO, TO the stormwater easement as described on the above referred to
subdivision plan.
SUBJECT ALSO to a sanitary sewer easement as described on the above referred to
subdivision plan.
