WHEREAS, Owners are entered into a contract with Contractor on May 10, 2010, for the
erection of a Post Frame Building - Elite Garage with Perma-Column Posts upon their property
situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 170 Ridge
Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin (found) on the southern right of way line of Ridge Drive
('1'-571) and at the northwest cornet of lands of '1"erry L. Young, thence along the
western boundary line of said lands of said Terry L. Young South 19 degrees 44
minutes 00 feet East 350.93 feet to an iron pin set on the northern boundary line of
lands of George E. Miller; thence along said boundary line and continuing along the
northern boundary line of lands ofisarl F. Frady, South 72 degrees 19 minutes 00 :Feet
West 293.22 feet to an iron pin set at the southeastern corner of lands of Frank T?.
Schubert, Jr., thence along the eastern boundary line of said lands of said Prank F..
Schubert, Jr., North 17 degrees 41 minutes 00 feet West 345.00 feet to an iron pin set
on the southern right of way line of said Ridge Thrive (T-571), thence along the same
North 72 degrees 19 minutes 00 feet East 121.58 feet to a point on said right of way
line, thence continuing along the same North 70 degrees 16 minutes 00 feet East
159.29 feet to an iron pin (found) at the northwest corner of lands of Terry L. Young,
aforesaid, the point and place of BEGINNING-.
BEING Lot No. 2 on that certain Preliminary Final Subdivision Plan for Mary Ann Hipple,
prepared by Larry V. Neidlinger, P,.E,R.S., dated July 19,1999, and recorded in the Recorder
of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 80, Page 109.

Now, M-a , 2010, at the time of and immediately before the execution of
the construction c tract aforesaid, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to
the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in
consideration of the Owners making of the said contract with Contractor, and intending to be legally
bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by Contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
