NOLAN * ESTATE NO. 21-20090272 * * * * * * * * * * * * * PETITION The Petition of Dennis J. Hoover respectfully states that: 1. Petitioner was appointed Executor of the Estate of Fredith E. Nolan (tlhe "Estate") by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on March 23, 2009, in the above-captioned matter. 2. Petitioner filed his First and Final Account on March 11, 2010,. and it was confirmed nisi by Order of Court dated Apri127, 2010. 3. The entire Estate has been distributed to the creditors and the patties entitled thereto and no other property belonging to the Estate has been received by Petitioner or remains to be accounted for by Petitioner. 4. CNA Surety Bonding Company ("CNA") is the surety on Petitioner's bond as Executor in the amount of $30,000 filed in the above-captioned matter. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is CNA's original signed Consent to Discharge consenting to the discharge of Dennis J. Hoover as Executor of the Estate and to the release of Dennis J. Hoover frdm all future liability in connection with this Estate. 5. The following beneficiaries constitute all parties in interest under the Estate: a. Dennis J. Hoover b. Debra Marie Hoover ~ c. Also attached as Exhibit "G" is a copy of a letter dated March 16, 2010, from Michael T. Foerster, Selnnior Deputy Attorney General for the Charitable Trusts and Organizations Section of the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acknowledging receipt of a copy of the proposed First and Final Account and confirming that there are no objections thereto on behalf of his office.
