Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Stanley N. Dye
and Susan E. Dye ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon,
owned by the Owners and described as follows:

for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from February 1, 2010 through May 31, 2010.
Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances
Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account
with the Claimant, which sum of $8,130.22 was duly assessed against the above Owners and
premises beginning February 1, 2010 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and
LAW or~icES penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipality
