Dye ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 155 Salem Church Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-20-1838 Parcel No.: 005 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from February 1, 2010 through May 31, 2010. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden 'T'ownship Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER SC BRENNEMAN, P.C. the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and corrf;ct copy of the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $7,916.54 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning February 1, 2010 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipality ~a~-~ ~u~~~~ Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. § 5601, et sec ., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et sea., as supplemented and amended.
