Vbereag, Perry L. Knight and Lynn M. Knight, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute
contemporaneously with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601,
hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot
of ground known as 1203 Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, Lot 8, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Perry L. Knight and Lynn M. Knight are the title holder of record, as
more particularly described in Deed Book Page _;and
,how, Jl)Kyc- Z) Z0 t ? , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement,
to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
Tbi!5 stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located along the center line of a public right-of-way known as West Trindle Road (S.R.
0641); thence along the center line of said public road, North 86 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds East, 281.36
feet to a point located along the center line of the aforesaid public right-of-way; thence South 04 degrees 41
minutes 09 seconds East, 822.10 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 58 minutes 18 seconds West, 229.45
feet to a point at the corner of Lot #7; thence along the dividing line of Lot #7 and Lot #8, North 08 degrees 15
minutes 01 seconds West, 862.75 feet to a point located along the center line of the aforesaid public right-of-
way, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 218,827.90 square feet, 5.0236 acres gross, 4.8623 acres net.
