ITEM 1: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease. I EM 2: All of my property, real and personal, of every kind and description, %'h,resoev~r sirsa!e, which I may own at the time of my decease, I give, bequeath and devise to my wife, VICTORIA E. CUCCARESE, absolutely and in fee simple, if she shall survive me. I EM In the event of the death of my said wife and myself in a common casualty or catastrophe, or within thirty (30) days of each other, then said provisions for my said wife shall lapse and she shall be deemed not to have survived me. ITEM 4: If my said wife, VICTORIA E. CUCCARESE, shall not survive me, then all of my property, real and personal, of every kind and description, wheresoever situate, which l may own at the time of my decease, I give, bequeath and devise to my children, CHRISTINE LANCASTER, CARLA PATTI, and CAREN CUCCARESE, in equal shares, absolutely and in fee simple. ITEM 5• I make, nominate and appoint my wife, VICTORIA E. CUCCARESE, to be the executrix of this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby authorizing and empowering my said executrix to compound, compromise, settle and adjust all claims and demands in favor of or against my estate; and to sell at private or public sale, at such prices, and upon such terms of cre:iii or otherwise, as site may deem best, the whale or any part of my real or personal property, and to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds and other proper instruments of conveyance thereof to the purchaser or purchasers. No purchaser from my executrix need see to the on of the purchase money to or for the purpose of the trust, but the receipt of my :shall be a complete discharge and acquittance therefore. I request that no band be of my said executrix and that no appraisement of my household goods and furniture be "1~ a. ,. ~ . ITEM 6: If for any reason my wife, VICTORIA E.
