14, 2010 at 1225 hours, attached as herein commanded all goods, chattels, rights, debts, credit and
monies of the within named defendant, to wit: Gerald J. Horvath, in the hands, possession, or control of
the within named garnishee, Wachovia Bank at 604 E. High Street, Carlisle, Cumberland Cou ty,
Pennsylvania, 17013 by handing to Jill Manley, Assistant Vice President, personally three copies of
interrogatories together with three true and attested copies of the writ of execution and made the contents
there of known to her.
The writ of execution and notice to defendant was mailed on June 16, 2010 to Gerald J. Horvath at 13340
Mentzer Gap Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
01/05/2011 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly swom according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
