I, L. KARL RAILING, also known as KARL L. RAILING, widower, of South
Middleton Township (mailing address: 1642 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
17013), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so. I further direct that all
inheritance, transfer and succession and estate taxes which may be payable on account of my death
shall be paid from the residue of my estate regardless of whether the assets upon which such taxes
are based are included in my probate estate, together with any interest or penalties thereon. I direct
that my funeral services be conducted by Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 South Hanover
Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and that my body be interred beside that of my wife, Julia Railing,
on my burial lot located in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens along Ritner Highway in the
Borough of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
2. If at the time of my death I am still the owner of the following items of personal
property, I give and bequeath the same to the persons indicated:
a) The bookcase stand and the kitchen set consisting of a wooden table and five chairs
to my step-son, Terry Throne;
b) The cedar chest to my step-daughter, Sheree McCleary;
c) The sewing machine and the Hoosier kitchen cabinet to my step-daughter, Debra
Wiser;

~" d) The three Putt prints to my daughter, Linda S. Stamey;
e) The bookcase-desk combination secretary to my daughter, Brenda K. Bradley;
f) All guns, firearms, and related equipment to my son Michael L. Railing.
-~~ 3. If I am still the owner of the house and lot of ground at 1642 Walnut Bottom Road in
South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, I direct my hereinafter named
~ Executors to sell the same and to divide the net proceeds of its sale in equal shares among my
three children and three step-children, their heirs and assigns, my three children being Michael L.
Railing, Linda S. Stamey and Brenda K. Bradley; and my three step-children being Terry Throne,
Sheree McCleary and Debra Wiser, provided each of them shall survive me by a period of Winery
(90) days, but should any of them fail to so survive me then the same such deceased person
would have received shall pass to such of his or her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety
(90) days, their heirs and assigns, per stirpes.
4. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to such of my
three children, their heirs and assigns, as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, they
being Michael L. Railing, Linda S. Stamey and Brenda K. Bradley, but should any of them fail to
so survive me then the share such deceased child of mine would have received shall pass to such
of his or her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, their heirs and assigns, per
stirpes, and if there be no such issue the same shall lapse and be added to the shares of my other
children, per stirpes.
5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my three children as Executors of this my
Last Will and Testament, they being Michael L. Railing, Linda S. Stamey and Brenda K. Bradley,
and I further direct that none of them shall be required to post any bond to secure the faithful
performance of his or her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other
jurisdiction.

6. Should any person less than 18 years of age be entitled to distribution from my estate,
in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint my Executors, or any person or persons selected
by my Executors as Guardian or Guardians of the estate of each such person.
