Wagner, is a competent adult residing at 275 North Middleton Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and is the child of the above decedent. (2) Eva A. Kuykendall, parent of the Petitioner died on November 14, 2008 at the age of 75 years, but prior there to lived and was domiciled at 50 Gordon Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. She died with a Will and no letters of administration have been issued. A true and correct copy of the executed Will is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. (3) The sole heirs and next of kin and their relationship to the decedent are as follows: Larry E. Kuykendall son Garry Kuykendall son James J. Kuykendall, Jr. son Dale R. Kuykendall son Mary K. Wagner daughter (4) Eva A. Kuykendall had no probate estate when she died other than Household Goods at appraisal - $770.00 1996 Ford Tempo - $138.00 M&T Bank, Certificate of Deposit No. 3 i 0039137961.31 - $2,352.95 M&T Bank, Certificate of Deposit No. 3l 003918612499 - $5,305.17 Wachovia Securities Account, Money Market Fund - $835.08 Wachovia Securities Account, 2 shs. (5) The Petitioner avers that there are no creditors of the decedent and no claims unpaid known to the Petitioner, other than reimbursements for costs advanced by the Petitioner on behalf of the Estate and costs of Administration, asummary of which is shown as Assets less Expenses and attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by this reference. (6) After payment of the reimbursements due the Petitioner and costs of Administration, this Estate is insolvent. (7) A copy of three signed renunciations from the beneficiaries are attached. Garry Kukendall's was unobtainable. The renunciations are attached hereto as Exhibit D. (8) The Assessment notice from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania accepting the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return as filed is attached as Exhibit E.
