RECEIPT REFUNDINti~ AND RELEASE AQrREEMENT
The undersigned, residuary heirs of the Estate of FRANCIS C. HOI~EYSETT,
being the parties in interest or entitled in the above estate as beneficiaries do
hereby acknowledge the following:
1. We waive the filing of a Formal Account and Schedule of
Distribution;
2. We acknowledge the payment to me of the sums (money, legacies,
bequests) from the said estate to be my full distributive share thereof and to
which we are entitled, and of the distribution to us of any tangible personal
property of the Estate;
3. We do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge
JAMES G. HONEYSETT and HENRY G. HONEYSETT, their personal
representatives, their heirs, executors and administrators of and fro~ln all
actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands
whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever in the performance of their duties as personal representative;

4. We agree to refund to JAMES G. HONEYSETT and HENRY G.
HONEYSETf, as personal representatives any portion of the distribution to
which we are not properly entitled, and, to the extent of said distribution, to
indemnify them for claims made against the as Co-Executors and to reimburse
to them all expenses and costs incurred in connection with any such Claim;
and
5. We declare that this instrument shall be legally binding's lapon us
and our personal representatives, successors and assigns.
We APPROVE, the foregoing Receipt and Release this ~ day of
