Plaintiff, DriveKore, Inc., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a principal place of business located at 36 West Allen Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055. 2. Defendant Imagineering Services, Inc. dba Asperline is a corporation believed to be organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a principal place of business located at RR #1, Box 240, Lock Haven, PA, 17745. 3. On or about July 6, 2000, Defendant purchased tools and materials from Plaintiff. Invoices for these materials are attached hereto, incorporate herein and marked as Exhibit "A." 4. Although partial payments on the outstanding balance were made on October 12, 2000, in the amount of $500.00, and on November 15, 2000, in the amount of $1,000.00, Defendant has failed, and or refused, to pay the total principal amount due and owing of $1,881.40, plus monthly interest through January 15, 2001, for a total balance due and owing of $2,064.01. 5. Pursuant to the terms of the invoice, eighteen (18%) percent interest is to be charged annually to all invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice. No further payment has been received by Plaintiff from Defendant. Therefore, in addition to the principal amount, interest at eighteen (18%) percent is due. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, DriveKore, Inc,, demands judgment in its favor and against Defendant, Imagineering Services, Inc. dba Asperline, in the amount of $2,064.01, plus interest at 18%, plus costs and such further relief that the Court deems just and appropriate under the circumstances.
