MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim against
Emma C. Wentzel and all that certain improved lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 242 Pomfret Street. (See property
description attached).
Removal of accumulations of unsanitary waste,
garbage, rubbish: $11,491.69
Ten percent penalty (10%): $1,149.17
Attorney's fees $90.00
TOTAL $12,730.86
Together with interest sec. leg. from September 19, 2001, the date
of completion of the removal.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served on the owner at the above address by certified
mail and personally August 9, 2001, August 21,2001, October 24, 2001. The said removal services
were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor is in strict accordance with
Article XII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section
1202 (5), as amended, 53 P.S. Sections 46202 (5), as amended, Chapters 120 & 183 of the Code of
the Borough of Carlisle.
