TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
1. Your Petitioner, Sue C. Christy (affda Sue Dumin Christy and formerly known as
Sue C. Dumin), resides at 2039 Hudnut Road, Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, 19473.
2. James E. Dumin, Petitioner's gather, died December 26, 1926, survived by
her mother, Sue Catharine Dumin, who died intestate on March 17, 1963.
3. On August 29, 2003, Your Petitioner filed with the Register off Wills of'
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, a Petition flor Letters of' Administration in the Estate off James
E. Dumin and the Estate off Sue Catharine Dumin.

4. Real property located at 139-141 East Pomfi'et Street and 40 East Pomfr,
Street, both of the Borough of Carlisle, are currently titled in the names of Sue C. Dumin (widov
and Sue C. Dumin (single woman), her daughter. A copy of the deeds are attached hereto an,
marked as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein.
5. At the time of the death of Sue Catharine Dumin, her one-half intere
vested in her sole remaining heirs, her daughter, Sue C. Dumin and her sister, Cynthia Rhoades
Cynthia Rhoades died on January 21, 1972 at which time Sue C. Dumin became heir to the on{
half interest.
6. Another parcel located at the rear of 40 East Pomfret Street is currently title
in the name of James E. Dumin. A copy of the deed is attached hereto and marked as "Exhibit B'
and incorporated herein.
7. An estate has never been raised for either decedent, therefore, none of th,
above-mentioned tracts have passed through probate.
8. It is the desire of Your Petitioner that Letters of Administration be issued t{
her for the Estate of James E. Dumin and for the Estate of Sue Catharine Dumin, whose death..
occurred more than 21 years ago so that proper deeds to the real estate referenced herein may b
recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to show clear titl
passing to her as surviving heir of her mother and father's estates.

James Durnin died on the 26th. day of December, 1926, intestate,
leaving ~o survive him as his sole heirs at law, a widow, (lhe with-
in named grantee, and one dauther, Sue C. Durnin (like~ise a gran!ee
herein). .The death of the said James Durnin thus vesting ti%le in

referenced above, please note that Sue C. Christy (Sue Catharine Christy) and Sue Durnin
Christy is one and the same person. Mrs. Christy is aged and has been used to signing her name
as Sue Dumin Christy. She did not notice on the petition that she was identified as "Sue C.
Christy". Mrs. Christy lives in Schwenksville, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Because of
her health'and distance she lives from Carlisle, we request that your office proceed with the
issuance of letters without the necessity of Mrs. Christy making a return trip to the Office of the
Register of Wills in order to re-sign the Petitions.
