ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW this~ day of February, 2001, the court hereby authorizes the
establishment of an administrative fee in all custody cases. The Prothonotary is hereby directed
to assess an additional administrative fee of $50.00 for all petitions for contempt, petitions for
modification, petitions for special relief and all custody complaints. In addition, the
Prothonotary is directed to collect $65.00 for a custody count in a divome complaint.
These fees are assessed as a means of reimbursement for costs incurred by Cumberlas~d
County for its custody conciliation program. This order will take effect immediately.
