This matter is a wrongful death action currently pending before the Escambia County Court in Pensacola, Florida at Case No. 99-1127-CA-01, Division: Defendant, Schneider, The undersigned has been retained as Bagby Elevator Company, Esquire, Florida Bar No. local counsel for Inc.
