Baker Commercial Retail Building 2011 Market Street Camp Hill PA 17011 Dear Mark: In compliance with your request, I have completed my inspection and subsequent market studies on the above referenced property for the purpose of estimating its market value as of February 23, 2003, the date of Dorothy E. Baker's death. The property being valued is located on the south side of Market Street, just east of its intersection with 21 st Street in Camp Hill Borough and is known and numbered 2011 Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, PA. Total land area is 5,099.193+ square feet or .117061 acres. Improvements consist of a one-story residence commercial building occupied as Fitches Trading Post. The gross building area of the first floor is 755 square feet. For the purpose of this appraisal, the highest and best use of the property is estimated to be its continued use as a retail store with detached garage.
